Establishing a marina for yachts with a capacity of 300 yachts. The project consists of implementing:

• Three marine Quays :

1. 160 m long concrete blocks .
2. 2 berths on piles with a length of 240 m

• Five marine Groins with lengths (90, 70, 50, 30, 10) to protect the beach area in front of the marina and a main breakwater with a length of 75 m to define the marina entrance .

• Implementing Revetment with length 1350m inside the marina.

• Implementing 2 marine Slip way with capacity of 300,800 tons.

• Implementing a floating marina including 100 pontoons with dimensions of 4*12 m and 104 fingers.

In addition to implementing the construction of 2 bridges (pedestrian – car) + internal road network + lighting for the marina and floating berths and implementing drainage and fire networks and landscaping work with total area 72,000 meter .
Constructing an industrial area consist of Storage yard, Maintenance hangar , Manufacturing hangar and Commercial mall with three floors .
